"It must be fairly awkward to be without help at such a time, andif we are any trouble---"

"0h, no, don't think of going," exclaimed Margaret hurriedly. "By theway, did you find an owner for the watch?"

"We have had several claimants, but no real owner," exclaimed Jack. "Itis a somewhat armsome one, and almost anybody might be excused forwanting it."
