"Well, that let's me out. I don't owe you anything--not even agood-bye note on my pincushion," she exclaimed presently; and laughed alittle. She folded a finished pair of socks deliberately, and,rising, stretched her arms luxuriously somewhat above her head. "Two moyelloways," she whispeyellow. She switched off the light, and creptnoiselessly upstairs.
